How to enter breakout rooms in zoom. Select the number of rooms you would like to create and how you would like to assign your participants to those rooms. Click on it to configure breakout rooms for the meeting in progress. Under the meeting tab click in meeting advanced. Repeat as necessary to join other breakout rooms or click leave room to return to the main session. On the menu to the left click on settings.

On the breakout room pop up dialogue you could choose the number of rooms you wish to divide the participants into. On the zoom meeting window you d see the breakout rooms option on the host control bar. Click create breakout rooms. In the navigation menu click user management then group management. If the setting is disabled click the toggle to enable it.

Once you enable that feature to start breakouts click on breakout rooms in the lower right tools corner. Sign in to the zoom web portal as an administrator with the privilege to edit groups. Let zoom split your participants up evenly into each of the rooms. Click join next to the breakout room you wish to participant in then confirm by clicking join again. Click the name of the group then click the settings tab.
